By Mahera Dutta On Friday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk filed a countersuit against Twitter, amplifying the legal battle over his decision to withdraw from the $44 billion takeover agreement. According to Reuters, Musk’s lawsuit was filed just hours after Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery ordered a five-day trial beginning October 17 to determine whether Musk can back out of the deal.
