Even the bathroom walls are clad in marble. Oslo’s new National Museum for art, architecture and design is the third cultural venue to open in the Norwegian capital in two years, and it’s poised to be the most spectacular one yet. The new, massive building by the port is hard to miss, even though it’s partly obscured from view by the nearby Nobel Peace Center.
