Actor Steve Burton quits ‘General Hospital’ rather than get the COVID-19 vaccine

“General Hospital” star Steve Burton has become the second actor to walk off the long-running soap’s set over the vaccine mandate. “I know there’s been a lot of rumors and speculations about me and General Hospital. I wanted you to hear it from me personally,” the 51-year-old actor, who plays Jason Morgan, said in an Instagram video late Tuesday. “Unfortunately, ‘General Hospital’ has let me go because of the vaccine mandate.
