Belarus opposition leader chides EU for slow response to Lukashenko

Exiled Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya warned on Wednesday that the European Union should live up to its values and actively counter threats posed by authoritarian leader Alexander Lukashenko.
