MANILA, Philippines (Updated 3:48 p.m.) — Thirty-five years since the historic ouster of his dictator father, former Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. announced his bid for Malacañang, marking the family’s second attempt to return to the Palace.
