Coliform bacteria found in drinking water at new Berlin airport

More troubles have hit Berlin’s flagship new airport. Following repeated delays and a large overspend, as well as more recently a leaky roof, unwelcome bacteria have now been discovered in the drinking water. Coliform bacteria were found during a routine test in the main terminal of the Berlin-Brandenburg airport, the operating company said on Tuesday. The water in all sanitary facilities in Terminal 1 and the special government terminal should not be used as drinking water until further notice, the firm said.
