Tennis world number one Novak Djokovic will appeal against the cancellation of his Australian visa heard by the Federal Court on Sunday. Judge Anthony Kelly of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia referred the case to the Federal Court at an emergency hearing late Friday after Immigration Minister Alex Hawke cancelled the visa. Djokovic will not be detained overnight but will attend an interview with Border Force officials at 8 am Saturday (2100 GMT Friday) before going into detention.
