Fenerbahce president Ali Koc says he will not apologize to Ukraine after fans of the Istanbul club chanted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s name during Wednesday’s Champions League qualifier against Dynamo Kiev. The Ukrainians won the tie to go through to the third qualifying round despite a lack of competitive action since Russia invaded Ukraine in February.
