France win Ruhpolding biathlon relay, hosts Germany miss podium again

France took a clear victory in the women’s biathlon relay World Cup in Ruhpolding on Friday but hosts Germany were made to wait further for their first podium of the Olympic season. Favourites France stormed to the win in the 4×6-kilometre race with Anais Chevalier-Bouchet, Chloe Chevalier, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Julia Simon needing 1 hour 10 minutes 50.0 seconds with four reloads.
