Urgent action needs to be taken to contain the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic, German Health Minister Jens Spahn says. “We have to do everything to break the dynamic,” Spahn said in Berlin. “Otherwise there will be a bitter December for the entire country.” But he stopped short of recommending a lockdown.
