Geschke has to wear Tour’s polka-dot jersey despite losing lead

Germany’s Simon Geschke was still wearing the polka-dot jersey at the Tour de France on Friday but readily admitted he would prefer to shed it. Geschke wore the coveted jersey over nine days as mountain classification leader but on Thursday lost first place to Denmark’s Jonas Vingegaard in the final stage in the Pyrenees.
