MEDIA, Pa. — On a breezy weekday afternoon this month, Deb Ciamacca parked her SUV outside the home of a 64-year-old woman along a leafy street in Media. Neighbors’ lawn signs said “Keep Media Green” and touted Black Lives Matter.
