Iraq summons Turkish envoy amid anger over deadly attack

Iraq on Thursday summoned the Turkish ambassador in Baghdad in protest against a deadly attack on civilians blamed on Ankara. On Wednesday, nine Iraqi holidaymakers were killed and 22 others injured in artillery shelling at a summer resort in the Duhok province in Iraq’s autonomous region of Kurdistan, according to the Iraqi Health Ministry.
