It was a historic night for Steve Fulop. The Jersey City mayor easily defeated political newcomer Lewis Spears to win a third term, becoming the first win three in a row since machine-politics boss Frank Hague ruled the city from 1917 to 1947, when he died in office. The only other Jersey City mayor to accomplish the feat? Dudley S.
