By Alan Baldwin LONDON (Reuters) – The London-based Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy (BIRD) urged Formula One’s governing body on Tuesday to allow seven times world champion Lewis Hamilton and other drivers to speak freely on ‘political’ issues.
