Procedural court hearing held in Djokovic case

A procedural hearing in the visa case of men’s tennis world number one Novak Djokovic was held in Melbourne Saturday morning, Australian national broadcaster ABC reported. Djokovic is appealing against his second visa cancellation after Immigration Minister Alex Hawke cancelled it Friday on health and good order grounds. The Serbian can’t be deported while he mounts a legal challenge. Djokovic’s appeal will be held at 9:30am on Sunday (2230 GMT Saturday) before the Federal Court of Australia.
