Russia, Turkey and Iran have a key role in shaping Syria’s future and must oppose Western goals to “carve up” the country, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday. Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were visiting Tehran to hold talks with their Iranian counterpart, Ebrahim Raisi.
