Most Windows PCs currently run on processors compatible with Intel technology, but that may well change soon if the world’s biggest name in smartphone chips can muscle in on the desktop and laptop market. Tech giant and chip producer Qualcomm has announced that it’s looking to challenge Intel’s supremacy when it comes to computer processors, and for Windows users it could mean a bigger choice when it comes to chip performance.
