Quartararo extends overall MotoGP lead after win in Germany

Frenchman Fabio Quartararo triumphed in the German MotoGP at Sachsenring on Sunday to increase his overall lead in the standings. The Yamaha rider prevailed ahead of Johann Zarco and Jack Miller for his third win of the season in front of 95,000 fans. His standings lead is now 34 points over Aleix Espargaro. There was disappointment for the German spectators though with Stefan Bradl, standing in for the injured Marc Marquez, finishing last on his Honda.
