German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is undeterred by a lack of progress in talks with Russia this week, as he called on Thursday for further dialogue in the face of heightened tensions over Ukraine. Everything must be done together to de-escalate the situation between Russia and Ukraine, Scholz said on after talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte in Berlin.
