Singapore carrier launches exercise regime on world’s longest flights

Fatigue and seized-up muscles have long been a legacy of hours cooped-up in cramped airline seats on intercontinental journeys. But passengers on the world’s longest flights will soon be getting custom-made exercises to help offset the grind. Singapore’s national carrier said on Wednesday that passengers on its non-stop trips to and from the US will from January be able to get some exercise in during those seemingly endless hours cruising at 30,000 feet.
