Kamala Harris, the first Black person and first woman to serve as vice president, will visit New Jersey Monday to speak at the NAACP’s national convention in Atlantic City. Harris will address the 113th annual NAACP gathering, which began Thursday, before hosting a roundtable with New Jersey state lawmakers and others to discuss protecting abortion rights following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning the landmark Roe v.
